Mind ko relax kaise kare?

Sab kuch hone Ke baad bhi hume lagta hai ki humare pass kuch missing hai aise shirf ap hi  nahi aise bahot log hain jo khus nahi hai or na hi jada time tak rahe pate hai. Toh aise me kya kare ki hum khus rahe or apne mind ko relax kaise kare ?

Toh uske liye phele ap ye soche ki ap apne ap ko kitta time dete hai bina mobile, bina internet aur tv? Hum in sb ki wajha se (inner body) apne under ki baate khud se share nahi kar pate, jiski wajha se hum apne mind ko relax nahi kar pate hain…

Mind ko relax kaise kare?

  • Phele ap apne liye time nikaliye jo ki shirf apka ho or ap uss time apne dost se ya khud se apni undar ki baato ko bataye .
  • Hume acha or bura bs humare dekh ne ke nazriye ke upar depend hota hain ki hum kisi cheez ko le ke positive soch rahe ya negative. Positive soch ne ki jagha hum jada tar negative phele sochte hain kyu ki humne humare dimag me bs kachra bhar rakha hain or kabhi uss waste ko hum bahar nahi hatate or rozz society ki faltu cheezo ko sun k bas bharte rhete hai dimag me.
  • Mind se faltu cheze hata ne k liye ap rozz subha uth kar bahar ya ghar ki chat me walk kare or fresh air ko feel kare or thank you bole air ko.
  • Roz apne ap se promise kare ki aj mai positive rahu ga or feel kare ki positivity ap pe bhari hoi hain.
  • Roz kahi shanti wali jagha jaa ke meditation kare or uss time feel kare ki ap ke mind se waste files delete hori hain or new positive files update hori hain.
  • Roz subha uth k thodi  exercise kare body me thoda pressure dale jisse sara din active rahe sake.

Agar ye sab ap roz karte hai toh apki negativity positivity me change hona suro ho jaye gi or ap apne mind ko relax kar paye ge.
